IMPORTANT:  Builders have the duty of disclosure, but they don’t necessarily have the same fiduciary responsibility that an Ang Johnson team agent would have to protect your best interests.  We will work hard to negotiate the best available offer and incentive package so you won’t have to.   • We can attend the home inspection and the builder walk-through to ensure your satisfaction before you take title to your new home.
